RETURN PROCESS

  1. Parts that have been shipped correctly, will not be eligible for a return.

  2. All parts are new unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

  3. Parts must be returned in their original packaging and/or in the same condition in which they were received. (Including clean packaging.)

  4. Used parts must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  5. No returns or refunds will be accepted for Special Orders.

  6. A 30% restock fee must be paid if the purchase date exceeds 5 days.

  7. Any hidden damages in (CORES) may reduce the credit of the unit.

  8. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  

Unit Exchange Overview (CORES)

  1. The unit (CORES) must be returned on the pallet in which it was originally received.

  2. Any damage due to poor packaging at the time of return will be subject to deduction of credits.

  3. Any unit (CORES) to which the oil has not been drained will be deducted 10% of the credit

  4. Refunds will process in 10 days

  5. After 10 – 15 days will be subject to $100.00 of late fees,6 months to 1 year the credit will be 50% of the purchase price, after the year only 25% will be returned

  6. All returns must be through the returns department, direct returns will not be accepted, as it will generate additional charges.

  7. Any unit returns (CORES) must have their individual labels, otherwise the process could be delayed.

  8. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If not in the correct conditions, the credit is subject to deductions or the refund can be denied.

  9. Any refund will be subject to inspection and deduction according to the following criteria:

 

I. Transmissions with visible breaks: will be subject to up to $750.00 of the credit for the (CORES).

II.Differentials "Carrier & Caps in bad condition or broken will be subject to a deduction of $400.00 from

   the  CORES credit.

III. Any transmission and differential that is burned by improper oil use, severe mold or spoiled condition will not be accepted for return.

VI. Credits will be processed 5 days after receiving the return.

V. Any "CORE" unit that is received in a state that cannot be reviewed will not be accepted for return and the

   customer will lose the option of eligibility for exchange.

Examples:

  • Full of tar. 

  • Gears (PIÑONERIA) that are blue or burned due to lack of lubricant. 

  • Excess mold. 

  • Lack of internal parts.

 

Guarantee:

 

  • Medium transmissions (rebuilt) 6 months.

  • Heavy transmissions (rebuilt) 12 months. 

  • Differentials (rebuilt) 12 months.  

  • Hydraulic components / 6 months. 

  • Steering gear / 12 months.

  • Transmissions used 30 days.

  • Spreads used 30 days.
